Hudson has entitled a vacant Leather District site for redevelopment as a 22 story residential building with approximately 115 units. The firm has been dedicated to the Leather District for 25+ years and managed a robust community engagement process. The project will create new housing adjacent to South Station and provide a sorely needed affordable housing contribution, among other neighborhood benefits.
The design by RODE Architects includes an active ground level with food & beverage, lounge, bar, and lobby.
