Hudson played a key role in the development of 67 units of affordable housing by acquiring and assembling four parcels of land in the heart of Boston’s Chinatown. As part of the Radian development at 120 Kingston Street, Hudson partnered with the Chinese Economic Development Council (“CEDC”), a Chinatown based non-profit for the purpose of developing the site. Working with the City, Hudson provided the essential cash contribution, site control, and permitting assistance to the CEDC which is the owner and developer of record. The building opened in 2016.
